Founded in 1996, Ensemble Resonance is Calgary’s oldest professional chamber ensemble. Specializing in Canadian repertoire, the ensemble is dedicated to performing works which integrate acoustic and electroacoustic music with multimedia elements. This all-Canadian programme, which the group recently performed in New York’s famed Carnegie Hall, features works with a local connection including Roberta Stephen’s Pisik and Allan Gordon Bell’s A Great Arch Softening the Mountains.
