It saddens us to announce that we are unable to have an audience for the October 4 concert. Quite understandably, St. Stephen’s is still learning from their experiences of having attendees at their Sunday service and are not yet ready to welcome us home.
However, we are excited to announce that we will be recording the concert and will send you a concert link in the coming weeks. Note that instead of a cello quintet, we will have a string quartet perform the works of Janacek, Beethoven and Shostakovich.
If you’re able, please consider turning your ticket purchase into a charitable donation to the Instrumental Society of Calgary. Alternatively, we will offer a refund. Please let us know your preference by October 4, 2020.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and will take all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our performers, patrons and volunteers. We are hopeful that we will be able to welcome you in person at our November 8th concert. Please visit our website ( or follow us on social media for more updates as they become available.
